International life insurer seeks a Nearly/ Newly Qualified Actuary to join their Actuarial Reporting team.

Desired Experience:

  • Nearly/ Newly Qualified
  • Practical experience of Solvency II
  • Knowledge of IFRS financial reporting
  • Experience in the life insurance/ pensions industry
  • University Level Degree

Responsibilities:

  • Balance the demand of commerciality and prudence
  • Manage the policyholder balance sheet
  • Monitor solvency
  • Financial reporting
  • Develop the reporting of valuation results
  • Work closely with the shareholder valuation team
  • Accountable for the technical accuracy of financial reporting
  • Provide specialist technical advice and guidance
