Job Description

A financial firm is looking for a research & data analyst to join their team in London, they will perform all assigned tasks below in order to support the firm expansion programme's reach into global enterprises, and help portfolio companies grow.

Events: Roundtable Series & Roundtable Dinners

  • Own invitation process and project plan for Roundtables
  • Create invitation (long) list and Salesforce CRM campaign based on agreed target criteria for all Roundtable events and Roundtable dinners
  • Collaborate with portfolio companies on who to invite to events and how to distribute the invitation

Reporting &Tracking

  • Create reports and analyse performance of sales outreach from SF and provide output in Excel and PowerPoint format as required
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations for regular meetings and partner updates

Salesforce Contacts Management

  • Manage and maintain clean SF contacts (enter, update & verify)

Strategic Research Projects

Requirements

  • A strong interest in technology
  • Prior research experience; must enjoy research
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Strong organisational, administrative and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive contributor and team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritise workload under pressure
  • Experience of working in a sales department beneficial
  • Experience with Microsoft office (specifically: PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com absolutely essential
  • Experience with SalesLoft desirable but not essential
  • Experience with Smartsheet desirable but not essential
