A leading Lloyd’s syndicate is seeking a nearly/newly qualified reserving actuary to join their London team. Reporting directly into the head of reserving, this will focus on a range of reserving duties including quarterly reserves and SII technical provisions. There will also be lots of interaction between functions so candidates should expect to work on some aspects of the capital modelling process.
The ideal candidate will be qualified or making excellent progress through the exams. Previous reserving experience is essential with a big preference towards London market experience. Candidates with consulting experience are also encouraged to apply. Experience with ResQ is strongly desired.
