A market leading insurer is seeking to add an experienced Reserving Manager to their London based Reserving Team. Reporting to the Head of Reserving, you’ll play a key role in managing reserving activity for the business’ personal lines motor products.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong reserving knowledge and experience.
- Strong technical skills, preferably with experience using ResQ.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills – this role will be very visible across the business and involve a high degree of interaction with stakeholders, other teams within the business and management.
- The ability to coach and manage more junior members of the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reserving Analyst to take a step up to a more senior position, or for a newly qualified Reserving Actuary to move into a managing position.
