Reserving Manager

My client is a top personal/commercial lines insurer. They are seeking a nearly/fully qualified actuary to manage a team of 4, focusing on the reserving process.

This role will be split into two parts. Firstly, overseeing and seeking innovative improvements to the BAU reserving processes (claims forecasting, quarterly reports, solvency II). Secondly, working closely with the Chief Actuary and directors regarding business planning.

The role is designed for someone who wants to put their stamp on the reserving process, bringing new ideas to the table.

Candidates can come from any general insurance background, or could be a first time manager within reserving.
