A global leading consultancy is looking for a reward manager to join their rapidly growing human aapital team. The role will consist of the provision of end to end offerings to solve our clients’ people and organisational issues. This team supports clients to enable the people of an organisation to execute its strategy, with a focus on talent optimization, culture change programs, incentivisation through performance and reward programs, HR-owned change and transformation programs and behavioural change techniques in all types of transformation programs.

You will be working with some of the biggest names in the financial services sector to address the challenges they face by the markets and regulators to deliver tangible change across all levels of their organisation.

My client is looking for someone with a passion for people advisory work, a proven delivery record and enthusiasm to build a high performing team. The roleholder must be an experienced team leader, have the ability to work with client stakeholders, and be capable of project managing.

To qualify for the role you must have worked for a notable consultancy with experience in people-related programmes and a technical specialism in Reward and Performance.
