Risk Manager.
A Lloyd's Syndicate is looking to hire a Risk Manager to join their department. This is an excellent opportunity to take a lead on the more quantitative side. There is also scope to bring a direct report further down the line.
In this role you will be leading deep dive risk analyses, managing the development and maintenance of the risk management framework, and leading initiatives to support the delivery of internal control framework in relation to ESG, Climate Change etc. You will also be involved in producing the ORSA and supporting the delivery of the internal model validation.
They are keen to speak to individuals who have experience in risk management and compliance function, and who have a strong technical background in insurance risk.
