Eames have partnered with a specialist Lloyd’s insurer to secure them a Risk Manager to work alongside the CRO.

The successful candidate will support the development, management and implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management framework.  You will drive risk management across the business, coaching and educating risk owners and managers in the development of risk mitigation strategies.

Areas of focus will be;

  • Risk Assessment and Management.
  • Risk Management Analysis and Reporting.
  • ORSA Reporting Processes.
  • Risk Projects.
  • Internal Model and annual risk plan.

Requirements:

Candidates will be self-motivated with the ability to drive strategy and influence change, managing stakeholders effectively.  You will have a background in a Risk Management or from a controls function ideally within the General Insurance or consulting.

This role attracts a salary up to £90,000 depending on experience.
