We are hiring for a Sales Trainer in our Farringdon office but also supporting our colleagues across Asia. You will report to our Head of People and Performance and support on all L&D initiatives across the business.
What will you be doing in the role?
- Induction training at Associate Consultant and Consultant level for sporadic and volume hires
- Supporting our Head of People and Performance to deliver group training for intakes of new AC/Consultants.
- 1-2-1 training sessions and follow ups for individual training/coaching needs
- Sales and Systems training over Skype with our offices in Asia
- Delivery of CRM/Systems training to new starters and involvement in project role working with our Head of People, Head of Marketing and Head of HR&Ops to drive the new internal data strategy
- Working with senior internal stakeholders to drive best practice sales process with a particular focus on driving commercial success through using the CRM.
- Deliver additional training identified through PDPs.
- Designing innovative and engaging training sessions; content and delivery methods
