My client, one of the world's best underwriting agencies, is seeking a Salesforce System Owner to support the implementation and ongoing support of portals, including Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, through the business. This agency aims to create bespoke products for clients across the globe. They operate in 40 territories, employ over 5000 people and are backed by some of the world's most highly-rated insurance and reinsurance companies.
The successful Salesforce System Owner will:
- Take responsibility for the Salesforce, XTrade and Orca systems
- Champion the capabilities of the technologies and seek to optimise usage and user adoption
- Provide training where necessary
- Manage the vendor relationships and understand the future roadmap
The successful Salesforce System Owner will likely have:
- Salesforce expertise
- Extensive knowledge of portal technologies
- Strong soft skills - presentation, communication, listening, leadership and strategic thinking
- The ability to work quickly, efficiently and methodically
