One of my large financial services clients are looking for a well qualified Scrum Master, to be part of a group wide and multi-geographical agile journey, working on various data driven projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has been performing a similar role for larger financially regulated enterprise customers.
Due to the nature of the role, the individual will need the following experience:
- Extensive experience of assisting in the delivery of a range of data driven projects. Big investment on cloud, big data and data warehousing.
- Someone who has the ability to wear a multitude of hats during this programme; this includes Scrum Master ( to help coach the junior scrum teams) Agile evangelist, and advocate of technology change.
- Must have come from a background of delivering similar projects for larger enterprise customers.
