One of our leading financial services clients are currently looking for an Agile Coach/Scrum Master to be part of various IT Transformation projects, from a agile tooling and process improvement perspective.
Due to the nature of the work you will need to have the following experience
- Jira tooling implementation and improvement experience is vital for this role. This also includes managing backlog, updating sprint logs, ticket management, etc.
- A Scrum Master and Agile Coach, who has extensive experience working with a range of technical teams, including Developers, Application SME's and DevOps individuals.
- Someone who has worked within an insurance business delivering agile transformation projects would be a massive bonus for this role
- Most of the technical SME's are outsourced/Offshore, so will need someone who has been able to manage these types of teams effectively, preferably across multiple geographies.
