My client are a large Real Estate company with a global presence are looking for a Scrum Master to join their already successful team on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities initially will be;

  • Support the current multi scrum team BAU Business with similar responsibilities as the Release Train Engineer/Scrum Master role, being cognisant of the cultural and behavioural changes that are needed to move to a model scaled Agile Model
  • Learn from and support the 3rd Party consultancy company that will support the delivery of the new Operating Model
  • Bring your experience to the current model, helping coach team members and drive continuous improvements alongside the pilot transformation.

During the pilot, the Transformation Programme and beyond responsibilities are;

To be a servant leader, coach for the Agile Release Train. The main responsibilities are to facilitate the key events, processes and assist the teams in delivering value. Release Train Engineer/Scrum Master's communicate with key team stakeholders as well as Product Management, technology systems engineering and architecture, support the escalation and resolution of impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.

The successful candidate with have 5 + years experience working in a Scrum Master / RTE role and come from a Project Manager / Agile coach back ground. You must have exceptional stakeholder engagement / management as this will be a important factor in the role.
