Our client is a leading financial institution in Asia, they are currently looking for an experienced Scrummaster.
As the Scrum Master, you will be required to:
- Define project scope and schedule while taking charge of regular delivery of value
- Organize and lead project status and working meetings, prepare and distribute progress reports, manage risks and issues
- Manage high visibility projects using agile methods spanning across multiple business divisions
- Liaison for Development team and Product Owners/Managers to review daily initiatives and issus; discussing overall business impacts and ensuring successful delivery
- Track outstanding product issues and status across functional teams
The ideal candidate must have:
- At least 8 years of proven track record in managing successful software development life cycle models in both Agile and traditional project management principles
- Ability to work with Scrum teams on ensuring user stories are Sprint Ready
- Able to plan sprints and take charge of daily sprint stand-ups
- Strong understanding of business stakeholder vision and collaborate with diverse groups and individuals
- Solid understanding in Agile PM tools such as Jira, Active Collab
