Security Engineer/ Cyber Security Engineer/ SIEM/ ArcSight/ Inside IR35/ £600pd - £680pd
Hybrid Location: 2 days per week in Central London
My client, a globally renowned name in financial services is seeking an experienced Security Engineer with expert knowledge of ArcSight to join their Security Team on an initial 6-month (expected to extend for the right candidate) basis.
The main function of the role is to perform Security Engineer duties, and on-top of this act as SME for ArcSight technology. Candidates require a significant level of knowledge and experience of ArcSight, including strong experience deploying & implementing ArcSight technology into large scale environments. Experience within financial / trading environment is extremely desirable.
Requirements:
- ArcSight Specialist: Act as subject matter expert for ArcSight throughout projects (integration, deployment, configuration etc.)
- Resolve technical issues in the SIEM Platform through problem tracking, diagnosis ad root-cause analysis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution for moderately complex issues.
- Onboard events using Arcsight to detect and respond to cyber threats.
- Implementing security tools and processes Automate build, configuration and updates for security tools Supporting and maintaining software and patch management for security products Encryption Key and Certificates management for security products. Integration of security capabilities
