Job Title: Security Improvement Consultant
Location: Hybrid Remote (2 days a week in the London office)
Salary: £540 per day outside IR35
Job Type: 6 months Contract (expected to extend)
Start Date: 01/06/2023
About the Role:
We are looking for a Security Improvement Consultant to join a leading financial institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and improving the security of our client's networks and systems. You will be working with a team of experienced security professionals, providing expertise in the implementation and configuration of security technologies and advising our client on best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct security assessments and identify vulnerabilities in clients' networks and systems.
- Recommend and implement improvements to clients' security infrastructure.
- Provide technical expertise in the implementation and configuration of security technologies, including Cisco Stealthwatch, Cisco ISE TrustSec, Checkpoint, and Forecpoint
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and advise on best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Experience using Cisco Stealthwatch, Cisco ISE TrustSec, Checkpoint, and Forecpoint.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Tripwire, Netwrix, Firemon is desirable
The role is predominantly remote, with 2 days a week in the London office. We offer a competitive daily rate of £540 outside of IR35. If you are passionate about security and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
