Eames Consulting are working closely with one of the recent success stories in the Reinsurance Broking world. A boutique broker who have gained an enviable reputation as being one of the most innovative and dynamic firms operating in London.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Senior Account Manager to work with their clients ensuring a smooth placement and renewal process. The firm is recognised as a market lead in Cyber Reinsurance, and you will be involved with placement strategy for this, but you will also be working across P&C, Retro and other Specialty Classes.

It's important to note that this is not a placing broker role and instead your focus in on the client management aspect. This will include; attending client meetings, preparing market presentations & RFP's, developing appropriate structures, managing all parties to ensure policy inception in a timely fashion, ensuring contracts are all in place, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, working hand-in-hand with the client to ensure they are happy with the outcomes, occasionally broking to international and London markets, ensuring all client follow up is carried out, etc.

Depending on where you see your career going, and where you demonstrate flair, an individual development path can be created which could see you producing your own book of clients, or into other roles.

To be considered for this opportunity, you should presently be working within the London Reinsurance Broking Community, you should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Reinsurance (any class considered), and you should be able to demonstrate solid experience of client management.
