My client is a large global financial services solutions provider that is ranked as one of the top services in its field. As a part of their growing business, they are looking for a Senior Analyst for their benchmarking and performance reporting business to based in Hong Kong.
As a Senior Analyst, you will be:
- Supporting client teams on multiple assignments related to consulting engagements
- Focusing on benchmarking products, providing performance reports and other compensation studies
- Independently work with clients over the telephone and, in some instances, during client visits
- Deliver high quality survey results on time with minimal day to day supervision
- Train new analysts on survey processes and best practices
- Write first drafts of consulting reports and complete moderately complex analyses
This role will need the following skills:
- 2 – 4 years of relevant or related experience
- Ability to handle large data sets and to work independently on multiple projects
- Ability to be consultative – strong communication both verbal and written
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in a related field
- Understanding of the Private Banking and Wealth Markets is a plus
