Job Description

Based in the idyllic Surrey, my client is looking to on board x2 senior BA's and x2 BAs to play a lead role in the delivery of business change. You will help identify & articulate the need for change. Shape and lead projects in defining requirements and recommend solutions that will maximise the value to the customers.

Experience

  • If applying for the senior role, must have leadership experience
  • Knowledge of the Insurance industry / financial services is essential
  • Communicating and influencing stakeholders
  • Leading business analysis - Waterfall and Agile methodologies from a business change and systems development perspectives.
  • Application of recognised modelling techniques including data modelling.
  • Systems life cycle concepts used to plan, develop, implement, operate and maintain IT systems/services
  • Experience or certified in project management methods.
