Responsibilities:
Provide cashier counter service to distributors and customer in service centre
Capture payment related information to the system and prepare cashier totalling
Check and detach the receipts to agency
Handle replaced bank account number
Perform monthly sample checking and assist the Supervisor to prepare compliance report for Manager’s review
Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
Requirements:
F.5 or above
1 - 2 years of working experience in insurance / finance industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written English and Chinese
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Customer service orientated, responsible and attentive to details and able to work under pressure
Good team player
