Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide cashier counter service to distributors and customer in service centre 

  • Capture payment related information to the system and prepare cashier totalling 

  • Check and detach the receipts to agency 

  • Handle replaced bank account number 

  • Perform monthly sample checking and assist the Supervisor to prepare compliance report for Manager’s review 

  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above 

  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in insurance / finance industry 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Good command of written English and Chinese 

  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

  • Customer service orientated, responsible and attentive to details and able to work under pressure 

  • Good team player
