Our client, a global specialty insurer, are looking for an experienced Claims Adjuster to join their team in Chelmsford, working cross class and focusing on delegated claims arrangements. You will be responsible for managing the relationship of TPAs, implementing controls and ensuring they adhere to correct SLA's and guidelines. Where required you would also have oversight of a portfolio of claims referred up from TPA/Coverholder's authority limits. Additionally, you would assist with providing awareness and training to the wider claims team where appropriate on Delegated Claims Management.
The role will require some varied travel between Chelmsford and London.
