Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake thorough investigation on each claim, including close cooperation with the insured and broker, alert internal stake holders when necessary, and determine whether coverage is available under the terms of the insurance contract
  • Ensure claims are accurately assessed and proactively reserved within agreed service levels as per the best practice
  • Strategically drive claims involving litigation and direct settlement in achieving optimal claims outcome

Requirements:

  • University graduate or equivalent insurance professional qualifications, law degree preferable
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance and claims management, preferably across financial or professional lines
  • Experience in handling insurance litigation is preferred
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
