I am currently working on an exciting Senior Claims Operations Manager mandate for a well-known Global Carrier. The role will be part of the Claims exec team and will have oversight of Analytics, MI, Performance Management and Claims Governance, and will assist with setting and implementation of the Claims strategy moving forward.
This is a key hire for my client and therefore we are looking for individuals with proven senior level claims operations experience, ideally with Lloyd’s/London market exposure.
