Eames is working closely with a Lloyd's Broker on the appointment of a Senior Claims Technician. The Senior Claims Technician will handle all aspects of providing technical services to the Claims Department, including fulfilling clients' claims requirements and supporting management when required.
Duties will include:
- Processing Claims Bordereaux in a timely fashion.
- Providing accurate responses to clients' correspondence within established service standards.
- Providing support to all team members.
- Product/Maintenance of Claims Bordereaux.
- Process/Import of Claims Bordereaux on Claims systems.
Ideally suitable candidates with possess the following abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years U.S. Claims experience in a Claims Technical role.
- Knowledge of ECF/CLASS system.
- Experience processing and collecting monthly Claims Bordereaux for North American Binding Authority business.
