Eames are currently working on a Senior Commercial Manager opportunity for a client of ours within the personal lines insurance market. This headcount has arisen due to growth of the company and is key hire for the business to ensure their brand and product line is well managed and new business opportunities identified. It's a small team so this individual will have a lot of autonomy and won't be restricted.
Previous experience in partnership management, negotiations and SME exposure in the customer proposition and insurance value chain is essential.
Their head office is based in the midlands but the role offers complete flexible working with as little as one day every two weeks-month post pandemic. As such this candidate could be based anywhere in UK. This great work/life balance is coupled with a competitive salary and wider package.
