Eames is currently working with a global carrier looking to bring on-board a Senior Compliance & Risk Manager to join their team based in London. The role will report in the Head of General Counsel and will focus on advising the business on FCA regulatory requirements, establishing & maintaining the annual compliance plan and managing a team of three.
A successful candidate would have an extensive background working at a mid-senior level in the London insurance market. Experience of managing direct reports and leading a team is essential. This role will also require weekly travel to the regional office and ad hoc travel to Europe.
