Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to provide solutions to complex business problems
- Do end to end work as a Business Analyst, gathering information/requirements from stakeholders
- Double up as a project manager to ensure project/solution is delivered within the given timeline
- Understand client needs through research and meetings
- Interact with senior stakeholders to negotiate or influence key decisions
- Support and guide junior team members
Requirements:
- Consulting background
- Understanding of Insurance technology/systems
- Prior experience doing implementation in an insurance company or as a on-site consultant
- Good communication skills
- Driven individual who takes ownership of projects/portfolio
- Analytical mind and ability to work under pressure
- Open to being stationed overseas for 3 to 9 months
