Our successful and established Change team are looking for a senior consultant level hire to focus on Change and Transformation into the Life & Pensions and General Insurance market.
We are looking for someone with strong business development experience that has ideally picked up business outside of RPO/MSP and then built relationships here. Interested to speak to consultants with either change experience, or insurance experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone to come in at Senior Consultant level and own the Life & Pensions and GI market from a change perspective with a career path into management from day one. You will have autonomy to fill roles in a 360 capacity or supported by a high performing insurance focused delivery team.
What will you be doing?
Focusing specifically on London and the regions we are seeking a driven individual to:
- Develop business from new and existing clients
- Provide a consultative service which will encompass a strong knowledge of various classes of business and disciplines
- Work closely with our clients in order to attract upper quartile talent in line with expectations via all relevant channels
- Collaborate with the other divisions within Eames in order to seek out opportunities and develop new client relationships
