My client, a leading crypto investment platform, is looking for a number of Senior Data Engineers to join their Data team and build a new, real-time, advanced analytics data estate. They are a diverse business with several hubs across Europe and employees from over 50 countries.
The successful Senior Data Engineer will:
- Build the infrastructure to underpin optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from different data sources using AWS tools
- Implement data pipelines and integration solutions using Python and Java
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve cloud-based applications
- Suggest improvements to current data architecture
The successful Senior Data Engineer will likely have:
- Strong data integration, data gathering and API experience
- Experience with Kafka or an equivalent tool
- Command of Python, Java or Scala
- Experience with Apache technologies such as Spark
