A leading London based general insurer is seeking to expand it's talented Data Science Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development and implementation of new data science initiatives across the business with a key focus on machine learning applications.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong theoretical and technical understanding of machine learning, linear models, tree based decision making, clustering, deep learning and other appropriate techniques/technology.
- Experience in model deployment.
- Ability to deal with big data and a solid command of SQL, R, Python as well as Azure or other environments.
- Proven experience in leading projects from a technical standpoint.
- Knowledge of Git code.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to a non technical audience.
