Our client is one of the leading international investment organization. They are currently looking for a Senior Database Engineer to provide technical support and implementation of database platform solutions.
As the Senior Database Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Performing regular database reorganization and maintenance
- Providing technical support and implementation of database solutions
- Performing database patching and upgrades, database monitoring and tuning
- Provisioning and designing of database with HA and DR capabilities
- Engineering solutions from database platform; evaluate and implement database platform technologies to provide new capabilities
- Weekend work as required and rotational standby duties
As an ideal candidate, you must have:
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in database administration or designing
- Proven track record of working knowledge in Oracle 11g, 12c and SQL Server 2012, 2014, 2017
- Good technical knowledge on Database PaaS solution on Public Cloud
- Strong communication skills
