A fast-growing technology consulting company is looking for a passionate Senior DevOps Engineer to join their innovative team in their expanding Hong Kong office.
This regional firm is looking for a strong candidate in DevOps space, who has worked extensively with Kubernetes and has experience in deploying CICD tools.
With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong and Singapore, this opportunity will give exposure to a number of challenging projects across Asia.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience working with DevOps, Site Reliability or Software Engineering
- Have deployed CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, Spinnaker, Argo, TeamCity
- Have worked extensively with Kubernetes in a production setting using either KOPS or a managed service, such as AKS, GKE or EKS
- Enjoys and understands logging, tracing and metrics using tools such as the ELK stack, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Stackdriver, Datadog, Nagios, New Relic or Zabbix
- Knows the ins and outs of a large and scalable infrastructure
- Have automated things using Python, Go, Bash, Powershell, HCL, Ruby or other popular languages
- Administrative experience of SSO solutions, AWS, Windows or Linux machines
- Have used infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Saltstack, Puppet, Chef or similar
- Taken part and led Root Cause Analysis as well as production incident responses
- Good understanding of networking and related protocols
- Knows what some of these are: PCI-DSS, SOC, ISO27001, GDPR
