Our client is looking for an experienced Global Benefits Consultant to join their Global Benefits team and manage a portfolio of clients, whilst developing and coaching more junior employees and contributing to the development and delivery of strategy and business plan.

Responsibilities include ensuring the Global practice financial targets within the client portfolio and that of direct reporting employees are achieved as well as managing the engagement and development of these individuals. You will also contribute to the culture of compliance and risk awareness within the Global Practice and contribute to the development and delivery of the Global strategy and all products to achieve the business plan.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of clients, achieving targets, customer satisfaction and embodying brand values. Thorough understanding of all Global associated products in the markets and of industry regulations, compliance requirements and technical specifications is also needed.
