My client is one of the biggest insurance companies in the world that is working with huge international projects in a highly regulated environment. The company is going through a big transformation and as part of the growth are continuing to invest in information security. They are looking for information security professionals to help join their "Best in Industry" team and keep the client safe and secure as well as have access to their training and development opportunities. My client is looking for a Senior Identity Access Management Analyst to join their business.

Senior Identity Access Management Analyst - Key skills:

  • Conduct regulating tasks such as application/SOD attestations, management of data gathering and analysis, campaign implementation, access revocation, and reporting with the Information Security Access Management Team
  • Deliver IAM objectives by leading a small team, including external stakeholders as well as internal client's teams
  • Implementing ways to develop the IAM capability by working with the leadership team to identify opportunities
  • Identifying and implementing innovative improvements to existing systems and processes for efficient company transformation and development
  • Being accountable and taking ownership of challenges/issues of campaigns where appropriate to build trust between individuals and teams

The successful Senior Identity Access Management Analyst will:

  • Have experience within identity access management through entire life cycle of technology to ensure candidate has sensible understanding and independence with his responsibilities
  • Have ability to build and sustain relationships within the organisation as well as outside of it to support the development of the "Best in industry" team and have positive interactions with stakeholders

Have experience in process improvement and implementation to support the companies ideology to rapidly transform and sustain "growth" aspect

  • Have experience of data management and reporting
  • Have strong and effective leadership qualities being a team player as well as being able to work across multiple actions at once
