Senior IT Service Operations Manager - Data Centre Projects, Major Incident Management

One of our large clients are currently running a multi-year infrastructure improvement programme. subsequent to this, they are looking at doing a significant amount of hiring in their Service Management and IT Support department.

They are currently looking for a Senior IT Operations Manager, who has a huge breadth of Service Operations Management experience, with the ability to take ownership of Major Incident, Problem and Change Management.

Due to the nature of the role, you will also need to have the following experience:

  • Strong understanding of all encompassing infrastructure projects from a service operations perspective. specifically they are doing a Data Centre Migration Programme, experience with this will also be a pre-requsite
  • Any experience of utilising the ServiceNow tool, to help improve or automate internal business and IT support services would be a big plus!
  • ability to take ownership of Major Incident Management, Problem and Change Management
  • Any experience of SIAM model implementation or improvement would also be highly advantageous for this role.
