Eames Consulting is assisting a large international reinsurer in their appointment of a Senior Life Pricing Actuary for their Transaction Pricing division in London. Working within a well established and high profile team within the market, you will get involved in M&A activity across the business, with a focus on UK closed book aquisitions, as well as playing a key part in the investment decision process.

Suitable candidates will be qualified actuaries (or equivalent), with solid post-qualification expertise across insurance pricing, M&A, SII and capital optimisation. Knowledge of closed book transactions would be highly desirable. Reinsurance experience is not necessary.
