A high-growth start up fund services business with a supportive and entrepreneurial working culture and impressive client base is seeking to appoint a Senior Manager to head up their credit and private debt funds team.
This is a superb newly created opportunity to join this firm as they start to build out their operations in the UK, with an office of roughly 15 people at the moment and growing. This is a rare chance to get in early and support their UK Head of Office with building out their operations, as you take day to day management for a small team of fund accountants who are dedicated to a key credit and debt fund management client, managing all their fund and SPV level accounting work.
The role will primarily focus on being the final review on accounts and technical trouble shooter, leading and co-ordinating all accounting and reporting deliverables, client relationship management and supporting a broader agenda of systems and process enhancements. In addition to being responsible for a small team of PQ and Qualified accountants including responsibility for all training and on-boarding, coaching and mentoring.
We're keen to speak to people with experience in fund accounting or funds services for ideally credit or private debt funds or private equity. Ideally you'll be coming from either an in-house or fund administration background or from audit if you've had some exposure to auditing closed end fund structures and alike. Candidates based in the Channel Islands, Ireland, Malta, Isle of Man or Luxembourg with relevant experiences are strongly encouraged to get in touch if you're seeking a role in London although visa sponsorship is not available.
