Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an ongoing compliance monitoring framework including a robust market conduct review
- Ensure operational effectiveness of elements of the data privacy, corporate and distribution compliance frameworks
- Handle and investigate all market conduct related complaints from regulators
- Perform branch review on regular basis
- Enhance regulatory compliance management of new regulations
- Provide advice and support on projects to local office on data privacy and distribution aspects
- Prepare annual compliance plan
Requirements:
- University graduate (majors in Law, Commerce, Business or Mathematics)
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience, in insurance industry
- Good communications and presentation skills
- Proficient in speaking and written both English and Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and eager to learn
