A global leading consultancy is looking for a Senior Manager to join their successful and growing pensions advisory team based in Leeds.
The role will cover a wide range of corporate and trustee pensions clients with projects including pensions aspects of M&A and corporate restructurings, providing advice around pensions accounting and supporting the firm’s audit teams for pensions aspects of financial statements. You will also be involved with de-risking projects such as buy-outs and buy-ins, liability management exercises Benefits design and implementation of new structures.
The suitable candidate should be a Qualified Actuary with extensive and varied experience within the pensions industry and an excellent understanding of the UK pensions market and the issues facing clients. You should have experience of complex calculations, being able to deliver advice to senior decision makers, have an ability to build excellent relationships with clients and colleagues alike and be able to identify new business opportunities through new and existing clients.
