The Job:

  • Lead and manage product pricing, development and approval process.
  • Provide actuarial support to our business channels on strategic initiatives
  • Set up, review and maintain the reinsurance program
  • Review the compensation schemes from financial and strategic perspective
  • Experience study and assumption setting

Requirement

  • At least 8-10 years of actuarial experience
  • Fellowship in a recognized international actuarial professional body
  • Strong technical skill and project management skill
  • Flexible, strong communication and relationship skills, with a proven ability to influence and work with business functions
  • Candidate with less experience/ qualification will be considered as Manager
