The Job:
- Lead and manage product pricing, development and approval process.
- Provide actuarial support to our business channels on strategic initiatives
- Set up, review and maintain the reinsurance program
- Review the compensation schemes from financial and strategic perspective
- Experience study and assumption setting
Requirement
- At least 8-10 years of actuarial experience
- Fellowship in a recognized international actuarial professional body
- Strong technical skill and project management skill
- Flexible, strong communication and relationship skills, with a proven ability to influence and work with business functions
- Candidate with less experience/ qualification will be considered as Manager
