With a strong focus in Asia, my client is expanding their Tax team. This role reports to the Regional Head of Tax sitting in Singapore. They are seeking for candidates with strong cross border transaction tax experience, ideally with regional coverage across Asia Pacific.
Summary
- Leading Tax Advisory, supported by the Head of Tax for Asia Pacific on Investments matters (including new acquisitions, exits, restructuring, refinancing)
- Acts as a escalation point for corporate tax matters
- Provide Tax advice to Investment Professionals
Requirements
- Candidates with strong Tax experience from Banks/Asset Management/Private Equity/Hedge Fund/Commodities trading are welcome to apply
- Able to work well in a fast paced environment
- Good understanding of Tax jurisidiction across the Asia Pacific region
