Senior Operations Manager, Lloyd’s Syndicate
A newly created role reporting into the Head of Operations, this individual will be responsible for managing service provider and third party relationships as well as the implementation of internal operational governance and standards. An ideal candidate would be experienced in third party management, with strong reporting skills and a high attention to detail. The role also requires someone confident liaising with senior stakeholder both internally and externally.
A strong background in the Lloyd’s market is essential, as is a strong aptitude for projects surrounding process improvement and automation.
