Lloyd’s Syndicate require an experienced Delegated Claims individual to join their claims team in London. You will act to manage and provide support for all delegated claims entities, ensuring that they are adhering to our client’s standards and procedures.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the correct levels of controls are in place to ensure external parties are adhering to our client’s claims and reserving philosophy
- Maintaining a strong level of management, oversight and audit to monitor delegated parties
- Acting as a referral point for claims outside of authority limits
- Developing MI to identify claims and expense trends
It is essential you have operated in a similar role and have proven experience managing the relationship and performance of claims TPA’s.
