Eames Consulting are working in partnership with a leading insurer who are keen to onboard a Senior Partnership Manager tasked with developing their delegated strategy in continuing to nurture existing relationships with delegated authority partners. Primarily tasked with ensuring partners are delivering profitability, maintaining retention and utilising all resource available in order to achieve this.

This role is based in Birmingham/Midlands.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships:

  • Acting as a task force leader in overseeing relationships with delegated partners.
  • Taking part in monthly/quarterly reviews with partners assessing performance
  • Hold a commercial approach in managing numerous partnerships, ensuring all partners are operating within combined operating ratio targets
  • Working closely with governance and underwriters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a personable, driven individual with a background working closely with coverholders, binders, delegated partners or MGA's.
