A successful Hampshire based insurer is currently looking to add an experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to their Home & Motor pricing team.
Reporting to the Head of Pricing, this position will involve line management of more junior Analysts and have a key focus on the review of their work as well as supporting in their development and acting as an SME within the team. The role will be highly autonomous and provide the scope to innovate and and deliver positive improvements where opportunities to do are identified.
Modelling activity within this role will be RADAR based and as such a good standard of technical ability is essential. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical skill-set as well as the appropriate specific knowledge and will be required to provide detailed documentation to support their analyses.
