One of the largest hospitality groups based here in Singapore is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the roadmap of one of their well established global restaurant SaaS product. You will get the chance to manage a million-dollar revenue generating product that is available across 60 countries and has a user base of close to 2 million every year.
Responsibilities of Senior Product Manager (B2B):

Develop & Maintain the B2B digital product roadmap; guiding product development across the rest of the product team

Design & run ongoing user tests (Interview, surveys) to create new product features, and optimise existing features

Work with cross-functional teams to develop and improve technical requirements for new & existing product features & enhancements

Create & present reporting & insights on the performance of the product

Attend & contribute to development scrums, planning & prioritisation sessions, and showcases, and retrospectives

Identify & negotiate partnerships with third-party technology providers
Requirements:
-
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Product Management role (SaaS, Hospitality software, digital payments & eCommerce)

Experience in developing user-facing mobile applications & responsive websites - including both qualitative & quantitative user research & validation methodologies.

Experience in the implementation & management of analytics tools and personalisation services

Experience deploying & managing applications across multiple regions and working with both local & remote development teams

Good knowledge of project management software (Trello, Jira)
