My client, a leading bank is looking for a competent CRM expert to join them as their Senior Project Manager:
This role is responsible to drive strategic E2E CRM initiatives for the front office team to achieve business objectives.
- Responsible for the annual strategic enhancements - owning CRM system, own the enhancement backlog, lead communication to stakeholders on work-stream progress & future initiatives.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce or MS Dynamics
- You should have done large-scale implementations for CRM, and is a business person who understands what goes behind into owning a winning system for the business
- Salary: $160k to $240k base
- Permanent position
