Our Finance & Accoutancy team in London are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to focus on the insurance market.

  • Focus on permanent recruitment in the London insurance market
  • Work with a number of high profile clients
  • Leverage relationships with wider business and insurance capabilities

From our head office in Farringdon, you’d be joining an existing team of 5 with a growing footprint across the European banking, investment management and insurance markets. Operating exclusively at the mid-to-senior level, the team works a range of roles from fund accounting managers and senior management accountants through to chief financial officer and managing director.

The permanent finance team was established in 2015, and has made placements with a number of high profile clients leveraging relationships from the wider business and contract finance division whilst also building new business relationships, gaining access to a number of PSLs. The permanent finance team is under the leadership of a very hands on, experienced and well respected Associate Director who joined the company in early 2016 to drive the growth of the team.

You are an experienced recruitment professional in the London insurance market with experience in the Finance and Accountancy recruitment market. Self-aware and tenacious, you’re eager for an opportunity to own and grow your career in a fast-growing, well regarded recruitment firm.

You’re a strong communicator and building relationships and nurturing them is your strength. Driven, focused and persistent, you are motivated by competition but have a team focused approach.

You have experience of managing and mentoring junior members of a small team and ambition to quickly grow headcount.
