I'm working closely with a tier 1 Lloyd's syndicate on the appointment of an experienced Reinsurance Claims Adjuster. The current book is varied but this individual will be responsible for predominantly Casualty Treaty Claims. This will include GL, FL, PI etc.
Responsibilities:
- Adjusting large and complex claims within a given authority limit on an International basis.
- Technical management of the claims portfolio with strong control over the validity of claims payments and reserving.
- Dealing with referrals from the Claims Adjusters that exceed their authority limit
- Liaising with TPA's on Coverholder business in the management and oversight of claims
The role will be market facing and as such we're looking for individuals who are comfortable in this environment.
