Job Description

The purpose of the role is to drive insight into credit performance and the optimisation of credit strategies, through data analytics and modelling. This will cut across a number of different products and/or business areas. The role can be based in the Midlands or London.

  • Stakeholder Management - The jobholder will be required to build and maintain effective working relationships across functions and business units including ability to negotiate budget and timelines for key initiatives and strategies with stakeholders in CRO as well as COO and commercial teams. Works at corporate rather than team level. Strong global strategic outlook.
  • Excellent commercial focus - the jobholder will need a detailed understanding of the key value drivers and financial dynamics of the business. The role holder will also need to have a strong understanding of the market/industry macroeconomics.
  • Communication skills – excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to package ideas and results in a logical, understandable and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences at various levels of the organisation including senior stakeholder audiences. Ability to think and adapt quickly.
